Refund Policy

What you are buying

You are buying shop points, an in-game currency credited to your Mytheria account. Points are spent in the in-game shop. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged back into money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

No refunds

Once points are credited to your account, we do not issue refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Points bought by mistake, or in the wrong amount.
• Points already spent in the in-game shop.
• Items bought in the in-game shop, whether used or not.
• Purchases made by someone else with access to your account.
• Accounts banned or deleted for breaking the server rules.
• Losing interest in the game, or the character being deleted.

Payments that never arrive

Points are credited automatically once the payment provider confirms the payment. If you paid and the points have not appeared after 30 minutes, open a ticket in the Helpdesk with your account name, the payment date and the transaction id. A payment that was charged but never delivered is not a refund case: we will credit the points you paid for.

Chargebacks

Opening a dispute or chargeback with the payment provider instead of contacting us leads to the permanent suspension of the account and of any account linked to it. If you believe there is a problem with a payment, open a ticket first: it is faster and we can actually fix it.

Server availability

Mytheria is a free-to-play private server run as a hobby project. Points do not buy any guarantee of uptime, of the server staying open, or of any particular item or feature remaining available in the shop. Content may be changed or rebalanced at any time.
